As a rule litigation based on local fee statutes, out-of-court-advice (accounting for the major part of revenues of all offices) based on hourly rates. Hourly rates are from EUR 250.- - for associates up to EUR 550,-- for partners (as compared to EUR 400.-- up to EUR 850.-- respectivly, in large firms). Unless hourly rates are agreed such office's statutory fee regulations will apply, as is in the area of applicable law.
Please note: AHS-Group offices will as a rule not apply more than one or two partners and/or associates on any given matter (except for large assignments such as M&A work), as large firms do; most partners have more than twenty years experience, which accounts for substantial fee savings on the hourly rate basis in most matters.
